Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - Crawford has been serving the Greater Fall River area for over 40 years, but if you haven't been in to see us lately, please take the time to visit and join us for a free lunch. You will be surprised with all of the modern updates, remodeling, flat screen televisions and pillow controls that even operate the telephones.

Our center offers pulmonary and cardiac specialty programs. The pulmonary program directed by Fall River's leading Pulmonary Physician, Dr. Daniel Sousa, of Trusdale Clinic. Dr. Bassem Nasser currently works on our cardiology program. We also offer a reservation program for those needed orthopedic care. Rooms can be reserved prior to a knee, hip, or any other orthopedic surgery or procedure.

Our center is accredited by The Joint Commission and has been recognized by Bristol Community College as being the Clinical Site of the Year. We received the American Health Care Association’s Bronze – Commitment to Quality award and we were a finalist for Best Nursing Home in Fall River, 2010 by the Fall River Herald’s Reader’s Choice Award.

We cater to the large local Portuguese Community with daily prayer services and Portuguese cuisine and a large multi-lingual staff.
